Belt conveyor

The belt conveyors consist of standard parts, which are advanced and simple in structure, easy to maintain. Our belt conveyors are adaptable for stationary and mobile crushing plants. They are widely used in mining, metallurgical and coal industry to transfer sandy or lump materials, or packaged materials. According to different transferring equipment, the transfer system can be one independently or multi-conveyors or combined with other transfer equipments. The belt conveyor can be installed horizontally or aslope to meet the needs of different transfer lines.
Features and benefits
The belt conveyors produced by SJLC can be operated in the temperature situation ranging from -20℃ to +40℃. The temperature of transferred material by this belt conveyor should be lower than 50℃.The types of the belt conveyors produced by SJLC are as follows: 1. Divided by Driving Method a. STD-Mechanical Drive. It's driven by cycloidal pinwheel reducer (with outdoor motor) and chain-drive mechanism. b. STDJ Ⅱ Mechanical Drive Series. It adopts upside-down reducer and belt-drive mechanize. c. STD-Electric Rotor Drive Series. It's driven by electric rotor. 2. Divided by Installation Methods a. Fixed Series. It's directly installed on foundation. b. SDY-Portable Series. It can be easily and freely moved and the capacity can be adjusted. 3. Divided by Structures The belt conveyors produced by SJLC have three different structures. a. U-steel b. Frame c. Truss
Working Principle
◆ This ball mill,a horizontal type and tubular running device, has two warehouses. This machine is a grid type .The material enters spirally and evenly the first warehouse of the milling machine along the input material hollow axis by input material device.
◆ In this warehouse , there is a ladder scaleboard or ripple scaleboard, and different specification steel balls are installed on the scaleboard, when the barrel body rotates and then produces centrifugal force ,at this time , the steel ball is carried to some height and falls down to make the material heavy striking and grinding .
◆ After being grinded coarsely in the first warehouse, the material then enters the second warehouse for regrinding with the steel ball and scaleboard. In the end, the powder is discharged by output material board and the final products are completed.
